I have been a landlord for over 35 years and have other rent houses that come open at times. This house is a great house for those that are want to develop in Lake Charles because its in the middle of every direction. If your looking to move here this house is a good house to come check out Lake Charles before you move. I ran a bed and breakfast for 16 years and have lived in Lake Charles almost all my life.
This house is not far from everything in the heart of Lake Charles you will fall in love with the downtown area.
