I had the pleasure of living in this wonderful unit for a year and a half. I found the property looking for an executive short-term rental while I worked away from my home in Tacoma. The location and owners were fantastic, thus turning it into a long-term solution! The house is impeccably appointed and styled in a wonderful coastal motif and light palette. The property and location are simply amazing. From the expansive views of Puget Sound and the Tacoma shipping channel to a private backyard area, it’s easy to feel like you are on permanent vacation! All of the local and essential needs are covered in the local shopping complex (5m) and there is access to everything nearby in Federal Way, Fife or Tacoma (15m). There is so much to explore from this central location, also very convenient to SeaTac (30m). The owners are local and extremely helpful. Although little was needed during my occupancy, they were always quick to respond and tend to any issues. They are knowledgeable about the area and care for their property and the community. A real pleasure to know and rent from! I’m thankful for the time I spent in this fabulous property. My family and I enjoyed our extended time living and working in Brown’s Point while I was based in Washington state.
