We have had several rentals over the years in our beautiful community of Browns Point, Wa. Where we live just down the street for the last 50 yrs. We have lived in WA state our entire life. In 2022 we decided to turn our rentals into furnished homes for professionals.

We have rented our homes for over 15 years. We make sure that all the homes are updated, very clean and everything is working well.
Everything is included as well as yard maintenance. We do require an application and rental contract.
