CORPORATE RENTER: WHO ARE THEY AND WHAT DO THEY EXPECT? HOW DO I PREPARE MY PROPERTY TO MEET THE EXPECTATIONS OF A CORPORATE TRAVELER? HOW CAN I MAKE IT EASIER TO HAVE A CORPORATE TENANT RENT MY PROPERTY? Answer: CHBO Complete™

CHBO Complete™ is a self-certification you can give your property. It is a seal of quality that helps tenants identify properties that meet or exceed the minimum standards set forth by the corporate housing industry and as expected by tenants of corporate housing. In other words, CHBO Complete™ means the property is turn-key with all the proper furnishings and equipment. Please watch our 60 second video to learn more!

What you’ll find:  CHBO Property Owner Handbook
  • Inventory List: Use this checklist to ensure your property has all the desirable furnishings and equipment expected by corporate tenants.
  • Utilities List: This checklist ensures your property has all the utilities (i.e., electricity, trash pick-up, phone, etc.) required to be a certified corporate rental.
  • Preparation: CHBO makes it easy to prepare your property by providing the tools and tips you need.
Once you prepare your property, you are entitled to return to MyCHBO and turn on the CHBO Complete™ icon, which will then display alongside your listing.

CHBO Complete

A word about transparency. Because CHBO Complete™ is a self-certification, we depend on our property owners to properly represent their properties. Tenants can review their experience with you after their stay and will be quick to complain if your property didn’t meet stated expectations. Find more documents and tools in your CHBO Dashboard.
