View, Spacious, Garage, Quiet SW Seattle - Corporate Housing Rental - 10467

The home is located in an established and very quiet suburban neighborhood with lovely neighbors and easy access to nearby shopping, freeways and the airport. It is very well maintained and tastefully furnished with all the amenities and comforts of home, (including a large walk-in closet, jetted tub and private deck), lots of natural light, and a view of Puget Sound and the Olympics. One could not ask for a better owner; Suzette is gracious, thoughtful and responsive, immediately addressing even the smallest issue. I stayed far longer than originally intended because she made my experience so effortless and enjoyable. I will miss Suzette and her lovely home, and recommend both without reservation.

Excellent home in a beautiful neighborhood! We needed temporary housing in Seattle while finishing up a business project. The house was comfortable and fully furnished with everything we needed including plenty of parking and a two car garage. Very convenient location which is walking distance to a nice QFC and Starbucks. Lot of restaurants a short drive to Des Moines or Burien. The neighborhood is quiet with yards that are professionally landscaped. Exceptional area to walk and enjoy the beauty of the Northwest with views of Puget Sound. Would highly recommend this home and the landlord, Suzette, was a pleasure to work with!

You couldn't ask for a better landlord than Suzette. She is considerate, accommodating, and extremely responsive to your needs. Her home is in a great location, with fantastic views, quiet neighborhood, and very convenient to stores and the freeway. The home itself is very comfortable, and tastefully furnished, including art and china. I loved my stay.

A DIAMOND IN THE EMERALD CITY. Very good accommodation...felt right at home for 9 months. Convenient location to SeaTac airport, downtown Seattle, freeway networks, shopping, yet in a quiet residential neighborhood. Large back yard, nice neighbors, walkable to the private beach on the Sound and tennis courts. One of the best features is the large scenic deck with access from the dining room and the living room. Home is bright and airy with lots of windows and magnificent view of the Sound and the Olympic Mountains. Beds were very comfortable and it had a good shower and a large walk-in closet. Great office/working space. Garage parking was a huge benefit. All in all the only reason it didn't rate 5 stars is because the dishwasher had a few maintenance problems. Suzette was very considerate and responsive. It was a fabulous home and we'd definitely recommend it to others.

Great home, convenient private location, beautifully furnished. Enjoyed our stay in this comfortable house. It is located on a quiet street within walking distance to grocery, retail and restaurants and has easy access to downtown Seattle. The house is clean, spacious, and conveniently located near everything - including the airport for frequent travelers and a private beach for scenic walks. Owner is very responsive to any needs. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here and found this home lovely, comfortable and quiet, fully suited to our needs. The location is handy to Seattle or Bellevue or even Tacoma. Easy access to I-5, 405 99 and 509. Everything you need is close by, grocery, restaurants and services. The beds are very comfortable and nicely furnished. Plenty of closets space. Safe neighborhood. Will stay here again.

The house was perfect for us. It was close to the airport (which we both travel for work), adorable quiet neighborhood, and a view of the water. Suzette was awesome to deal with throughout our stay. Hopefully next year we can rent again!!
