I'm just finishing my time up at this great condo. I have been very happy with the property and the apartment itself. You couldn't ask for a better location or complex! I work long hours I was very glad that there was secure garage parking and always felt safe in and around the property. Bryan has been great to deal with. I recommend this condo to anyone who needs a place to stay in the Phoenix area!
This is a wonderful place to live! Great location and wonderful living space! The owner, Bryan, is a true professional and very accommodating. The Tapestry community is friendly and the property is well-maintained with a secure parking garage and beautiful courtyard. This condo is a gem!
We were very impressed with this condo! It is a very spacious one bedroom and I was pleasantly surprised with the nice bathroom (separate tub and shower and a double sink vanity). There was also plenty of storage (e.g., 2 closets in the bedroom, large pantry, cupboard space). We also loved the great amenities - washer/dryer in unit, pool, workout room, etc. The construction on Central Ave was never an issue for us and once the rail system is up and running, there is a stop right in front of the building - great location. The neighbors are all very friendly, both in the building and on the fifth floor. It was a perfect find for us!
This is a fantastic rental! First off, you couldn't ask to rent from a better owner. Mr. Sheets is very accommodating & very pleasant to work with.
On the fifth floor, you can comfortably look out over the courtyard or watch amazing sunsets. When the state fair is on, the view is beautiful.
The location is fantastic. The Historic Willow District provides great opportunity to go for walks & enjoy the neighborhood. (For a traveling RN, within walking distance to St. Joe's Hospital! Also very close to Banner Good Samaritan Hospital.)
Although it is downtown, you feel very safe......& it is quiet. No noise from neighbors, to the side, above, or below. Very comfortable living space, nicely furnished & decorated with an amazing bathroom. Huge plus having a washer/dryer in unit!!
Really, the only downside would be the construction happening downtown to prepare for the "Lite-Rail System". Nothing learning the "side streets" wont cure!

I had a great time during my stay at this location! Bryan was very accommodating and available for questions at any time. Very spacious, in a safe area, friendly neighbors. Train stop right in front of the building, only a 5 minute ride to downtown. Pool and hot tub were awesome, weight room a little small but contained the essentials. Very close to St. Joe's Hospital (I walked to work). Awesome place for travel nurses or other professionals. Would highly recommend!
