I needed a long-term "home away from home" due to business travel and since I travel a lot, I am very selective on where I choose to live. My requirements: quiet, clean, private (as I work from the home office often), and must have a view - The Dash Point Beach Front Rental exceeded all of my expectations! The residence has reserved parking, a private side entrance, full amenities (all utilities included), bi-weekly cleaning service, and a stunning view of Puget Sound. Renters Dan & Ginni are very attentive (fix anything needing attention immediately) and friendly - I rented with them for over a year and truly consider them family. If you're selective like me and demand the best, look no further!

Absolutely amazing rental, was fortunate enough to have this place for almost 1.5 years! It has everything you need (wifi/cable/parking/fully equipped kitchen), compact and spotlessly clean (cleaning service included!). The hosts Dan and Ginni are the friendliest couple you could meet and are a wealth of knowledge regarding places to see and do. The apartment is a stone's throw from the beach and pier and close proximity to the beautiful Dash Point Park. Highly recommended!!
