I had the pleasure of renting this apartment for 6 months this year while I was relocating back to the Bay Area. From start to finish the experience was fantastic. The apartment is in a great location...quiet street but easy access to all the great things San Francisco has to offer. Every detail of the apartment has been attended to. It's stylish and decorated beautifully while still being functional and easy to live in. All you need is a suitcase with your clothes, everything else has been taken care of. The best part of the experience was working with the owner, Judy. She made the entire experience so easy. She was kind, attentive and really cares about her guests. I'd highly recommend this place. It doesn't get better than this in San Francisco!

We initially rented this apartment thinking we’d stay for just a month after relocating to San Francisco, before moving into a more permanent home. But we ended up loving the place — and Judy, the landlord, and Maria, the housekeeper — so much that we stayed for two years. It’s an amazing one-bedroom, one-bath apartment, very well furnished with high-quality pieces. Everything is provided — you can simply show up with your luggage and start enjoying the city. The street is incredibly quiet, and the garage and private deck make it easy to relax and feel at home. The rent includes everything: electricity, high-speed Wi-Fi, garage, garbage service — no hidden fees or surprise charges. The value is truly exceptional. Judy, the landlord, is not only honest and transparent but also incredibly responsive and helpful whenever something came up. She really made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. It’s just minutes from some of the best restaurants, bars, and entertainment in the city, yet it remains peaceful and serene. Now that we’ve moved, we truly realize how special this place was.
