This was the ideal property to meet our short-term rental needs in the Mill Creek/ Bothell/So. Everett area. Sherry and Walt addressed every one of our needs and very promptly responded to any questions or concerns. The house was immaculate and every conceivable need for at-home cooking was available. Even the spice cabinet was very well-stocked. The entertainment system was top of the line, and additional touches of luxury were scattered throughout the house. Mill Creek is an exceptional neighborhood and has miles and miles of maintained walking paths that must be seen to be fully appreciated. We could not have been any happier than with our choice of this property through CHBO, and would strongly recommend it to interested singles or couples looking for a short-term rental.
We stayed in this nice home for six months. Walt and Sherry were very accessible and pleasant to work with. This location was so perfect…close enough to Seattle and the airport, far enough away to be in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood atmosphere, with miles and miles of walking and biking trails right outside the front door. The home has every possible amenity and convenience one could imagine. Having a garage space for car parking was an added bonus for us. We couldn’t have been more fortunate to find this condo and its owners. We’d highly recommend it for an extremely nice home to rent for 3 or more months.
