*****10 STARS*****My friends and I were in SF for a nursing contract, and we eventually had our children come also! I'm not sure if I should start with how amazing Frank is or how awesome the place was!! This is an extremely spacious 4bdrm 3 bath house, it was clean, beautiful AND had EVERYTHING a family could need! There was a washer & dryer, coffee maker, crock pot, double oven, pressure cooker, and this is just a few of the bonus items we loved having; ON TOP of the basic amenities like clean sheets, nice fluffy towels, warm blankets, with extras in the closet! I could go on and on about how beautifully it was decorated with the subtle beach theme throughout the unit! The colors and small details just blended oh so beautifully! This place was truly amazing, and when we contacted Frank about ANYTHING he was johnny on the spot about getting us what we needed! It was so hard leaving this place, we loved being able to get up and walk to the bay wheels and go bike riding downtown! This was just a walk away from the Bart station, and a few steps away from the local bus! We were able to ride the bikes, or walk to grocery store, bank, and even shopping! There are great little restaurants and stores down the street! So much to explore in the neighborhood and I wish we would have had more time here! I hope I get a chance to stay here again in the future!!

We spent 1.5 years at this place and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house was spacious, with a large kitchen, washer and dryer. Not to mention 3 bathrooms! The location was excellent, with shops nearby on 24th St. This place is in a quiet location, and if you ever need to go anywhere in the city, the bay wheels bikes conveniently located near the house were a life saver. Highly recommend this place.
