My husband and I and our 2 dogs rented this property for 2 months. Our stay was fabulous! We loved the Old North End neighborhood. The house was a perfect size for our stay and our dogs loved the yard. Kelly & Derick were wonderful to work with! They always responded quickly to any questions. Our experience couldn't have been better. We highly recommend this property and owners!
I rented this home for two months while my young daughter was participating in a program at nearby Colorado College. The location was great - the neighborhood was clean and felt safe, close to CC and downtown, easy access to the Interstate. The house was VERY clean and in good condition. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are big for a house of that era. The kitchen had everything we needed. I appreciated having a driveway to park in (as opposed to on-street parking most homes in the area have) because it made it much easier to load/unload the car. The owners are very nice and responsive - only had one small broken thing and they fixed it immediately. The house is exactly as pictured, right down to the towels! We will miss our little house in Colorado Springs!
We were in between homes and stayed in this lovely little cottage for 45 days. It was perfect! Close to amenities and shopping; lovely front porch great for morning coffee or afternoon reading. We particularly appreciated the washer and dryer, the comfy king bed and the office with free WiFi. The owers are great people and easy to contact. This cottage has it all and we highly recommend staying here.

Kelly and Derick are very responsive and communicative. They’ve been hugely helpful in fixing any issues that came up during our stay and the house is well maintained and clean. The yard is very spacious and it’s great having a driveway to park the car away from the road. We would definitely recommend renting this home!
