This truly is an oasis, and close to everything! My family stayed here for 6 months during a remodel. Very close to the bike path, and we took many family bike rides and runs. It's a beautiful space for hosting get togethers indoors and out. There is a beautiful antique treasure in every corner. The gardens are truly breathtaking and well maintained. And Julie is a welcoming and wonderful host. Highly recommend!
Our experience staying at the apartment in the lower level of the Urban Oasis was fantastic! The unique Moroccan furnishings and the spacious layout were very comfortable for me and my two sons. The garden space, fountains, and lovely landscaping on the property are very pleasant and peaceful. It's in a convenient location and is near a scenic bike/walking trail. Julie is most accommodating and is a wonderful host! I highly recommend a stay at The Urban Oasis!
Amazing property, with ideal location, close to downtown and easy commute to wine country. Special place decorated with treasures from all over the world, truly inspired Moroccan architectural doors and furniture. Has every amenity imaginable easy to get comfortable here, I was meant to stay a month and stayed for 3.

If you want to live in the city without feeling crowded, Jules of Morocco’s Oasis in Portland is the place to be! The property consists of two historic buildings (a century-old church and parsonage) surrounded by lush gardens and high privacy fencing. Our spacious accommodation, the Parsonage, was well-furnished throughout with interesting Moroccan antiques – including doors, rugs, lighting and accents. Out back, we enjoyed the large furnished deck with fire pit and relaxing view of the gardens and fountain – all with Moroccan accents.
Internet and WiFi worked well to support streaming services. Kitchen was fully equipped. A/C in the loft bedroom enabled us to sleep comfortably, even during the unusually hot Portland summer!
Julie (the owner) was very attentive to our needs, helping to ensure we thoroughly enjoyed our three-month stay in the Parsonage!
