Parking space included but only fits a sedan type vehicle, no large SUVs or van types due to low overhead upon entry to garage. Must also request garage upon booking. Twice month professional cleaning included in rental rate.

My kids and I stayed in this beautiful, thoughtful and spotless flat for a month. Our experience was seamless. It was truly amazing. Highly recommend on every level. The hosts were so nice and helpful !!!

My roommates and I lived in this flat for 8 weeks this past summer and we had the most amazing time. The flat came fully furnished and had everything we needed. The location is also ideal and in a very safe neighborhood. I was able to find parking for my car on the street and never had any issues. Having a garage for smaller cars was also a added benefit. We were in walking distance to so many of the exciting parts of the city like Little Italy, Union Square, Fisherman’s Wharf, Chinatown, and Ghirardelli Square. The landlords were awesome and very responsive whenever we needed anything. I knew I could contact them if anything happened and they would get the situation handle. They were also very communicative and let us know very far advance if anything would be happening at the flat such as the bi-weekly cleaning. After 8 weeks in this flat I was very sad to be leaving and my roommates and I wanted to stay for longer! Overall it was a 10/10 experience and I wouldn’t have wanted to live anywhere else!
