Love this place! Stayed for an entrie year before I had to downsize. Located in a lovely neighbohood in magnolia. Peaceful and safe to walk around day or night. Very nice wieqpoint within walking distance to discovery park, one of the must sees in seattle. THe furnishings are all charming and it feels like a real home unlike some places that call it furnished with only a bed and dresser. She has travel bookd for pleasure as well as all the dishes you will need. She also let us use her kayaks and pool table. She has a great backyard for sitting on nice nights.
Our host Caroline, is lovely to live with and can either give you space or be your friend. She is easy to talk to and not a strict landlorad watching over yur every move. We often had dinner together and my favorite was the fondue. Even after moving out we still go boating and have meals together. She's always available to help with whatever needs arise and truly is super host.

This place is wonderful! I stayed for about 16 months! It was hard to leave such a quiet quaint place in Magnolia! Magnolia itself is another thing to behold along with discovery park which is literally down the street, steps away! Everything in the mother in law style suite is high end, appliances, furniture……! On top of the apartment being in top top shape, the Landlord is one of the nicest and coolest person to rent from! She will fix any problem immediately, and make sure are comfortable! Don’t miss out on this opportunity if you get the chance! I heard sirens maybe one time living in this apartment, Magnolia is like an island of the city! It’s close enough to even enjoy the city views yet isolated enough to make it a safe and quiet place to live right in the heart of Seattle!
