We stayed here for 3 months while waiting for our new home to complete construction. It was awesome. Everything we needed was there. Location was great, close to everything. Kim was very accommodating and always available for any needs or questions about where to go for anything. A perfect place for our transition to NC and then to our new home.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay here! First and foremost, Kim is the epitome of what everyone is looking for in a host/landlady - kind, professional, respectful, and extremely responsive, whether it be by phone, text, or email. She was ALWAYS available, which I find invaluable. You can truly tell she takes pride in what she does, and she does it extremely well in taking care of her guests. The townhome itself is beyond gorgeous; it is something you would expect to see featured on HGTV with such detail and careful planning and thought given to each room, even the bathrooms! Kim went above and beyond not only with the beautiful decor, but with the amenities -- Alexa's in every room, security, keyless entry, USB ports on each nightstand, fully furnished, etc. We felt so pampered while we were there, and my husband expressed a week before we were scheduled to leave that he really didn't want to! The location was also perfect; we were right across the street from so many stores, grocery stores, and restaurants, as well as quick and easy access to 485, but the townhouse is tucked back so nicely from the street you get all the access without the street noise. It was wonderful! We were absolutely so lucky to have found this beautiful home to rent! Thank you so much again, Kim, for everything!! You are truly the best!

This was the perfect solution to our need for temporary housing. Not only does it contain everything you need for an extended stay, the location is close to many amenities--not the least of which is the greenway, which we frequented often. The best part, though, is Kim's warm, welcoming, hospitable and responsive qualities as a landlady. Terrific experience!

We can’t say enough about our experience at "the cottage". We felt as though we were at a peaceful beach-side resort instead of a townhouse in the middle of Charlotte. The oasis was well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities, and the décor was on point. Working with Kim was equally enjoyable. She made certain all our needs were taken care of and was extremely responsive whenever we had questions. The worst part of our stay was leaving. A big thanks to Kim for making us feel at home the moment we walked in the door.
