I had a terrific experience! This cute studio is close to adorable Franklin and was only a short distance from my school, New Approach Jewelers. The studio was roomy and the perfect home away from home. All the ammenities were included and easily accessible. The owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was quiet , clean, and welcoming. Thank you Valerie and Trent for making my stay easy, comfortable and safe.

Studio is perfect. Very beautiful neighborhood, close to everything you can possibly need . Nice size bathroom, kitchen, laundry., and living space.. Short drive to Nashville. Owners very easy to deal with and very kind.

The location was great, very close to my office, it's walkable to downtown and nearby are all the conveniences you need (grocery, pharmacy, mall, etc.). The apartment itself is clean and has everything you'd ever need. I would highly recommend.

This studio was the perfect home away from home for the three months I stayed in Franklin to attend school. Valerie and Trent are exceptional hosts and I really enjoyed our passing conversations throughout my stay! They !have thought of everything to make sure you don't have an unmet need during your stay. From a completely stocked kitchen to tv, music player, linens and more. The bed is very comfortable, bathroom is roomy and the full size fridge in the kitchen made it easy to cook meals. Laundry room was accessible through a door in the studio so no need to venture outside in bad weather! I can't speak highly enough of this studio! Plus the neighborhood is lovely and the cul de sac was perfect for walks. It is located 5 minutes or less from the sweet downtown area of Franklin and walking distance to wonderful Pinkerton Park which has a great mile marked walking path with exercise equipment at stops all along it and hooks to string up hammocks and great playground. Thanks again for making my Tennessee stay so wonderful!
