This uniquely located condo has easy access to Hwy 70 and RTD Arvada Ridge Station which takes you directly to downtown Denver Union Station. Boulder and Downtown Denver are only 30 minutes away. Downtown Arvada and Golden are minutes away.


LOCAL ATTRACTIONS:
Red Rock’s Amphitheater is only 30 minutes away. One stop on the RTD rail and you are in Olde Town Arvada with numerous restaurants, breweries, shops, night life. Downtown Golden, home of Coors’s brewery, is the second exit on 70. In addition to Coors’s brewery, downtown Golden offers 4 craft breweries along with small town country atmosphere and restaurants.

Golfer’s, hikers, Bicyclists, and skiers will love this location. Golfer can enjoy rounds at Fossil Trace, Indian Tree, and Applewood. Hikers are close to Golden Canyon State Park along with endless other hiking trails. Bicyclist the Ralston Creek Train is right your door. This trail is Arvada’s longest and most complete public trail follows the meandering creek, linking several City parks and open space areas. World class ski resorts are just 1.5 hrs. away.

We stayed at this property from August 2020 through January 2021. This condo was a wonderful place to stay while our home was remodeled. The location is excellent, close to I 70 for easy access to the mountains and downtown Denver. The dogs and I enjoyed all the walking paths and wonderful Mountain View. Andrea, the owner, is responsive, any questions or concerns are quickly resolved. We found the neighbors to be friendly and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and storage. I would highly recommend this pet friendly condo to anyone who needs a temporary home!

The unit is clean, well equipped (the kitchen had everything we needed) and extremely well located off of Kipling, a main street in the area which leads to I70, a few miles away. The area offers multiple grocery stores, liquor stores, pharmacies etc. within a few miles drive. The owner, Andrea, was friendly and very responsive to our questions / requests. The WiFi had good connectivity, which was essential to my ability to work from home. We had absolutely no issues and/or complaints during our two month stay. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and endorse this property and the owner without hesitation.

10/10 recommend this property for a short term rental. I am a traveling nurse and lived here for 6 months and had a great experience. The house contains everything you need for everyday living - a full kitchen, cleaning supplies and linens/towels. Great location - close to several hospitals, right next to 1-70, around the corner from a target/shopping center and an hour from the mountains, so perfect for snowboarding/skiing in the winter. It is located across the street from the a walking trail/parks/playground with the most beautiful view of the mountains I’ve ever seen (I wish I could add pictures, the view alone would sell you instantly). The landlord is amazing and will quickly respond to any needs you have. If I didn’t have to move I would stayed here as long as I could.
