I have lived here for almost four years in this executive home in this new(ish) upper scale gated community. I have been very comfortable living & working here. Since I work remotely, I spend most of my time in the house. The home is immaculate and professionally decorated with high end appliances, comfortable furnishings and all kitchenware and linens provided. All I had to bring was myself (well, maybe some computers). I was originally drawn by the modern style and mountain views from every room. It has all the accoutrements you would expect in a high-end property with a big screen TV, pool & jacuzzi and a quiet neighborhood. The owner, Peggy, has responded to every maintenance request quickly and efficiently. Most times any problems (of which there weren’t many) were resolved the same or next day. Peggy takes care of all the home maintenance (pool, landscaping, pest control etc) so I never had to spend any time dealing with those tasks. I highly recommend this property and the landlord to any person looking to rent an upper scale property in a good neighborhood. I’m happy to talk to anyone if they have any questions about the property or my time renting here.
