Beautiful 3bed Townhome near Ballantyne - Corporate Housing Rental - 23491

Let's just start by saying Jack was an exceptional landlord during my stay in his condo 7/7/21-9/25/21. He was very attentive to any needs I had while there. Jack made acquiring the lease and moving in hassle free. The condo is as lovely and beautiful as depicted in the pictures. The condo is on James Island which is about 15 minutes from downtown Charleston and from Folly beach. There was so much to do and the food at the restaurants around there were to die for. The area is very safe and everyone I met there was friendly(southern charm). The condo has 5 beds which were all very comfortable.. I had multiple friends and family members come stay with me and they were very comfortable. It also had anything you might need while living somewhere... linen, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, etc. I was staying there for a temporary travel nursing assignment with my two cats. It was the perfect spot close to all of the hospitals in Charleston and I would highly recommend it to any travel nurse or anyone wanting to visit Charleston!

I rented this condo for 2 months in early 2018. Jack was easy to work with and very accommodating. The condo complex is quiet and felt safe. Downtown Chas is a short car ride away. There's a great BBQ restaurant just down the street. Folly Beach is close by, too. The condo is truly turnkey. The wifi has good speed. Could use basic cable package, but an Apple TV (or other device) would satisfy most. Will definitely stay there again!

I rented this condo for 3 months after relocating to Charleston and while looking for a home to buy. The location is excellent. It takes about 15 minutes to get to downtown Charleston and about 15 minutes to get to Folly Beach. The condo has been renovated and decorated beautifully. Although the condo was much larger than what I needed, I decided to rent it because I did not want to sign a one year lease at a smaller place. I was able to keep my dog and cat with me during my stay as the condo is pet-friendly. The property actually has two full bathrooms instead of 1.5 as is listed in the features. The condo has everything you might need. There are plenty of sheets and towels provided. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and glasses. I really appreciated the fact that Jack was available by phone or email to answer any questions that I had while I stayed there. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for temporary housing.

We rented this home from July to August 2016 and had a great experience. The apartment was in good condition, in a great location, and was very conveniently placed next to great shopping, food, etc. The apartment came with plenty of amenities to start living normally immediately and Jack was great to work with and helped make sure we felt at home. Tons of thanks to Jack for being so accommodating throughout our transition!

We rented this town home for April & May '16 and thoroughly enjoyed working with Jack. The location is perfect with access to all the amenities you could need. Whether you are interested in the many parks or the multitude of restaurants nearby, you can't go wrong. Jack is also a great realtor should you need help with finding a home!

Our family relocated to Charlotte and rented this spacious and nicely furnished and decorated 3/2.5 townhouse in Southpark for six months. The complex is very nice and we'll maintained. Jack (the owner) is easy to work with and very professional. If you have tweens or teens the complex is beaming with good kids playing in groups and plenty of recreation at the pool and soccer fields, and playground at Beverly woods elementary. And the Harris YMCA is also right across the street and minutes from great restaurants and Southpark mall. If you rent this unit, you won't be disappointed.

My family needed temporary housing while our new home was being completed. The owner, Jack, was awesome to work with and very accommodating! The location was great and the unit was tastefully decorated. Having twin beds in the 3rd bedroom was wonderful for when our college boys came home for the holidays. Jack's place met our needs perfectly and we could not have asked for a better "landlord"!
