Really great, well furnished and decorated Capitol Hill condo, including linens and towels. Kitchen is spacious and newly renovated with stainless steel appliances. Landlord is all you could ask for - super responsive, accommodating, kind and friendly. Very well run building - building manager is on top of everything, very helpful and personable. I stayed at this apartment for 14 months and had no complaints - it was great value, would 100% rent again and recommend to anyone looking for a furnished, shorter term accommodation.
Wonderful property, great location and first rate owners. I spent 6 months at the property and couldn’t have been more pleased. Completely turnkey, was able to move in with just clothes, toiletries and groceries and lacked nothing else. A very quiet and secure building with tons of great restaurants and bars within easy walking distance yet still quiet in the evenings. Spent many hours on the very large porch with a wonderful open sky view to the east that brings beautiful morning sun into the apartment. The building is very well managed by an attentive staff that takes security very seriously. If you’re looking for a move-in ready rental in a great location I couldn’t recommend this more highly.
Richard and Heather are not only among some of the best landlords, but THE best. Their communication skills are incredible. Their unit is EXTREMELY affordable considering the beautiful kitchen, stainless steel appliances, ENORMOUS balcony with entrances from the living and bedroom, open floor plan, and new, tasteful, beautiful decorated furnishings. Extremely easy leasing process, incredibly kind landlords, I could not have asked for a better unit with better owners. Lots of storage space, and I was incredibly surprised at how well stocked the unit was! Tea kettle, coffee maker, cleaner supplies, bathroom supplies, you need nothing but a bag of clothes! The building itself is in an incredible neighborhood, very accessible to all of Denver, public transport, parking space included, amenities in a secured, beautiful building. Not to mention very well built, you cannot hear a sound from upstairs neighbors or those next to you. Hardwood floors, just a beautiful condo in a great accessible neighborhood. But what makes the place truly awesome is the kind, accessible, easy going owners. Highly recommend any of their properties, they truly care about what they do and giving their tenants a fantastic experience for whatever they need.
I stayed in this condo for almost 2 years. A terrific location and easy to get anywhere by car, on foot or to bike paths. The unit is very well equipped and nicely furnished, the large balcony is a nice bonus with gives room to store a bike etc. Outdoor but "covered" parking is also a real treat protecting against the elements. The location of The Barrington is great - easy to get to so many places and nice to be able to walk two blocks to Trader Joe's for groceries. Also many nice restaurants within walking distance. Owners are really nice and very easy to deal with.

Great apartment in the heart of the cap hill neighborhood in Denver. Super convenient and walkable to grocery stores, bars, and restaurants. Comfortable and well-furnished, I had everything I needed and would have extended my stay if it weren’t for the fact that I was moving out of state. Not to mention Richard is an amazing landlord. If you’ve ever rented a place from a management company you probably know what a nightmare that can be so it was great renting from Richard and knowing that if I ever needed anything at all, I could reach out to him and he would be quick to respond. If I returned to Colorado and this apartment was available, I would 100% rent it again. Highly recommend, thanks Richard!
