I rented the unit May through September to get out of the Arizona heat! The unit is very well kept. The artwork is very exceptionally pretty. As one of the individual stated the shower is 30 in by 30 in and very small to say the least. One of the other issues is the one burner barbecue grill on the porch needs to be replaced before somebody gets hurt. Trying to light it. There are no ceiling fans so ventilation is extremely limited because there are no ceiling fans and the only access to outside ventilation is the door that opens on the porch and one window in the kitchen that opens on the porch, but it only opens about 4 in making ventilation extremely limited. Gary and Julia are wonderful tenants and extremely easy to work with! Five stars
