So many plusses regarding this townhouse, but what stands out most: location! The photos + video here state the obvious; it’s a beautifully furnished, spacious, clean and modern unit. It also happens to be situated in an area that’s quite central to both El Dorado Hills AND Folsom (via Saratoga Way/Iron Point Rd.) – gorgeous walks here @ Bass Lake, Folsom Lake. Brandy was a pleasure to communicate with, and her real estate rep., David, was extremely attentive and responded to my needs immediately. Also, the CHBO administrators in N.Y. were quite efficient, easy to deal with and exceptionally professional. I have no hesitation to rent from Brandy or CHBO again.

I really enjoyed staying here! I stayed at the unit in the Fall of 2021 to visit family in the area I hadn’t been able to see since the pandemic, and it was exactly what I needed! I have a small dog and we were able to walk to the park down the street everyday! The park has amazing views of the hills. I felt safe and it was a quiet location. I worked from home during the weekdays with no problems. The property manager, David, was very kind and flexible and responded quickly and was more than happy to take care of whatever I needed. If I stay in that area again, I will definitely consider this location, or at least would love to work with David and team to check out some of their other properties.
