AMAZING PROPERTY! I am a travel nurse and took a 13 week contract in broomfield. This condo was SO nice to come home to after long 12 hour shifts. I love all the modern decor and how nicely the condo is furnished. It's not just a place to lay your head at night, but a home away from home! The owner, Brian was extremely helpful if I had any questions. He is very knowledgeable about the area and things to do on your days off. He is quick to respond if you need help or have any questions about the condo/property. As a travel nurse, I have stayed many places but this is easily my number 1 place to stay. I would definitely come back here and will highly recommend this place to any fellow travel nurses!

We have rented short term furnished apartments every year for the past 6 years and I can say that this is the best overall experience that we have had, hands down. Brian is very easy to work with, takes care of anything that is amiss (although that is rare) and otherwise leaves you to yourself (that is a good thing). The location is great. Easy trip to Denver, Boulder, Louisville and Superior. Shopping (nice mall, grocery store, Target, Costco, etc.) are all within a 5 minute drive. The airport bus stop is a 3 minute walk from the apartment front door. The unit is clean, nicely furnished, well appointed (nice appliances and new w/d) and quiet. I will miss seeing the mountains out the side window while standing at the kitchen island. The bedrooms are nice size and clean. The two full baths are great – especially the master. You have access to an adequate pool and fitness center. Garage parking under the building is a real plus. The neighbors are friendly and of all ages. I would highly recommend this unit for any length of stay.
