We stayed in condo one month during mid July early August 2017, loved loved the location and condo. Easy access to downtown Denver, small towns, and/or to mountains. The views from the balcony were out of this world, we enjoyed 4th of July right from the balcony with several firework shows. The condo itself is very nicely kept and plenty of room, we were 3 adults and 2 teens and we were comfortable with the size each of the rooms. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this unit and our host Andrea and her husband were always available when needed, very nice people. We can't wait to return next year!
