1-2 month rate $8000 3-5 month rate $7900 6-12 month rate $7800 All utilities are included in the utility cap, up to $1000. Weekly curbside trash service is available for an additional $150 per month. Published Rates DO NOT include monthly tax amounts - see below for the rates: GET Tax - 4.712% of the monthly rate is due in addition to the monthly rent for ALL lease terms. HCTAT - 3% of the monthly rate is due in addition to the monthly rent for all leases less than 6 months.
