Property 9175 Most amazing landlords ever!! This was the most awesome property!! I moved across the country. Had three weeks to move after accepting a job. I contacted Minelli about corporate housing, completed application and deposit, I moved to her property and it was the most amazing experience to actually walk into this awesome property and setup completely for myself and two sons. She made sure every detail was taken care of. After renting from them for a year they called me with a new property near an elementary school. We moved there and now in yet another property the last almost 3 years. Have rented from them a total of 6 years now!! Once when our A/C went out they called me back immediately and sent us to another property to stay until our A/C was fixed. I have to give a shout out to Minelli and Steve for being the most amazing compassionate and caring landlords with awesome ethics!!! I would highly recommend them to ANYONE!!!!

This is in response to Steve and Minelli from their other property listed as gorgeous townhome with 2 masters. Apparently they fixed that listing so that I could not reply, following soliciting others for stellar reviews after my commentary. At 10:30 a.m. on 9/7/18, I received an email requesting a $2200 cashiers check be sent with pictures of it THAT DAY. At 3:09 p.m., 4 1/2 hours later, I received a text message stating "we have decided to move forward with another application and deposit". Imagine that. I retrieved that text message after coming out of the bank with their $2200 cashier's check! My response was "thanks a f*** lot, I just left the bank"! Shame on me. No mention of the $350 overnight increase in rent. In addition, Minelli sent me a photo of her dog outside, with her home depicting iron barricades surrounding the front entry. The home is in the same community as the property I was interested in renting. When I questioned the barricades, she declined answering. Yet, the day before made mention of robberies in Anthem, a nearby community. This is why I checked the area crime rate on another site, the same site that showed the same property for $350 less! I speak the truth and do have the text messages, emails, pictures and lease to validate my prior statements. Proceed with caution.
