My employees enjoyed their stay in Las Vegas. Steve was a wonderful host. Very quick to respond and easy to work with. He definitely takes great pride in his beautiful home. His team, Eric & Lisa, were also so great to work with. Definitely recommend this home for your stay!

Me and my wife rented this place for about 4 months and it was quite a pleasant experience. The house is nicely furnished and the neighborhood is safe and quiet conveniently located near highway. Steve is a very easy going landlord and quickly took care of a couple of maintenance issues in the house.

Great place to stay. Comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen, nice TVs, great backyard. The pool is nice and the plants make a very peaceful backyard. Owner was very responsive. Great location, safe neighborhood. Would recommend.

Amazing! Steve was a very attentive host. The house was cleaner than any VRBO, Airbnb, hotel or even my own home. We appreciated how close the home was to the freeway without hearing any noise. The neighborhood is friendly as we took nightly walks as a family. Thank you Steve!

We were so happy with this property for our needs. Cool, hip house within a quiet little neighborhood, but so close to airport and strip. I needed a short term rental while assisting my companies relocation to town. My wife came along and seemed to really like the open, airy feeling and a nice pool to cool off in. We had thought maybe rent a condo for the month but this place just worked so much better and was private and clean. Had no issues and would definitely come back and my wife said Definitely!

I wanted to write a review based on our most recent stay at this lovely home in Las Vegas. My husband and I came out to Las Vegas for his job relocation and didn't really know the city and where to consider buying a home. We found this property on CHBO and could not have been more pleased with our choice. The home was completely redone with literally ever item in the house new. It was so refreshing to spend time away from our home to find this well appointed house which proved to be perfect in every way. The owner Steve met us at the property and spent time with us to explain all of the operating functions within the home to include alarm system, which made my husband fell safe for me. We loved the quiet neighborhood so close to both the airport and the strip. We spent time in the peaceful backyard enjoying the refreshing pool, BBQ and just quiet time without the kids. Each of the bedrooms was in excellent condition providing comfortable new beds, fresh and new linen and towels and two nice flat screen TV's that allowed for us to watch both from the living room and from our Master bedroom. The owner even provided a popcorn maker to add bonus to an already great stay. I highly recommend this beautiful home which to us much nicer than a hotel stay and of course more private and cozy. We did locate a nice home to purchase and were almost sad to leave. The home never felt like a rental and big thanks to the owner Steve for making sure we were comfortable, safe and happy in our temporary rental. Thank you CHBO and the owner for making our relocation so easy and enjoyable. We have recommended this home to our friends if they are visiting for a short term rental. Five Stars and our sincere appreciation for owners who clearly understand hospitality and what it takes to make guests want to return.
