The house is in a great area - right next to the pool and fitness center and the development the property is in is very family friendly and beautiful. Lots of sidewalks and fun places to walk around. The home itself is underwhelming, minimal decor with paint / wall hanging issues, but fine for a short stay. The owner is challenging. Between being locked out of the house for hours, the garbage disposal breaking, the AC breaking (in 100 degree whether and taking 3 weeks to get fixed), the garage clicker not worker, etc. (unfortunately I could go on for a while) there was never an apology, a sign of remorse, nothing. In fact every single time, EVERY SINGLE TIME we needed something fixed, it was an issue. Contractors wouldn't show up on time and when they would show up to fix things, the owner would send them away as he felt they were too expensive. This led to A LOT of wasted time for my wife and I re-arranging our schedules to meet repairmen to fix SOMEONE ELSE's HOUSE. CHBO is a good company to work with, no issues there, but I would recommend a different property within this development or someone having a serious conversation with the owner about his obligations to his tenants if he is going to continue to rent this property.
