Details and Terms

Monthly rent is $3,200 and is due on the 1st day of every month.
First month rent and $300 cleaning are due prior to occupancy and are non refundable.
An $800 security deposit is due prior to occupancy and is partially or fully refundable pending the need for repairs at the end of tenancy.
A $200 discount will be given, on the first and last months rent, for tenants who lease for 6 or more consecutive months.
A 3 day grace period is granted for monthly rent. After that time a $100 late feel will be charged to the tenant.
Upon arrival, house rules will be given to tenants in writing. However, our general rule is to treat our guesthouse with respect as if it were your home.
