This was such a lovely property in such a lovely part of Burlingame. It was quite spacious for me as a single occupant, simply immaculate, and adorably furnished! I took advantage of the natural sunlight which was plentiful throughout the unit and added to its charm. (The bedroom's blackout curtains were perfect for mornings I wanted to sleep in.) Everything was clean and the unit featured modern, brand new appliances that made cooking a breeze (you'll love the features on the oven). I had everything I needed in the unit, from cookware to cleaning supplies and more. I also loved that the in-unit washer and dryer were located right in the bedroom in a way that blended with the overall aesthetic. Never realized how nice it is to have laundry right there. This property gets 10+/10 for functionality, aesthetic, and atmosphere. Just lovely! I also want to mention the property's location - another 10/10. I could walk to Broadway or Burlingame Ave (both popular shopping/dining areas in Burlingame), which made for convenient grocery runs. On days I'd work from home, I'd walk around the neighborhood and enjoy the area's adorable greenery and architecture. I felt very safe as a solo female and frequented plenty of joggers, families, and pets who were also enjoying the walking this area has to offer. Some other things I particularly enjoyed were the sunny back patio, spacious desk/work space, and kitchen bar. I did a lot of work in these areas and liked having options when I needed a change in scenery. Overall, I would give this property more than 5 stars if I could. You really can't beat the location, size, modernity, and charm this property has to offer. And the owners are fantastic - very communicative and friendly folks who gave me such a warm welcome and were attentive throughout my stay :).
