We are renting most of the upstairs of our house (we have the master suite), which includes sole use of the living room, dining room, hall bathroom and 1 bedroom. We have a kitchenette downstairs but we do use the kitchen when we need the stove or oven. Use of the utility room in the garage is included.

$300 deposit and $900 a month for rent. If a 2nd person, an additional $100/mo. If the lease does not terminate on a set date, 30 days notice is required. I will ask for a background/credit check, but will not ask for your social security number or any money. I use RentPrep.com's Tenant Screening Service. I will give them your email address, and they will send you a link and you will pay for it ($47) and fill out the information. I'll have your reports by the next day if not sooner. If you want to do a background check on us, we will after we approve yours.
