Boulder County regulations require a single home unit to have a 30-day mid-term rental or more. This "lock out" studio is complete with a separate entrance, kitchenette, and laundry.
It is elegantly furnished with a Tuff & Needle mattress, comfortable bedding, blackout curtains, and Ecobee controlled AC & Heat set to always maintain 68-75 degrees. A fan and blankets are available and room cleaning (extra charge) if needed. This is a non-smoking & vaping studio.
Quiet is maintained in the main house to ensure and respect your peace during your stay. The joining wall and door are soundproofed which reduces the sound by up to 75-80% or more.
