HOME AWAY FROM HOME! My husband and I were searching for a home to rent in the Phoenix area while awaiting medical treatment at the Mayo Clinic and we were fortunate to find this gem. Working with Eric (leasing agent) and his team at CHBO was quick and painless. We had a lease within hours of our application. He and his team were accommodating and available to answer all our questions. The property was great: 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, 2 car garage fully furnished single family style home in a retirement community in Peoria. We cannot give enough praise to the property's manager, Maria. She reached out to us prior to our relocation to see if we needed anything and to answer any questions we had about the property. She did everything in her power to make our stay enjoyable and stress free. I'll give an example: we asked if the property had a Keurig and if not, we were going to bring ours. She immediately went out to buy a Keurig so that we didn't have to pack our own. While at the
property, any issues that arose, Maria would take care of them immediately. She made it a point to check on us to make sure we were comfortable in the rental. What a blessing it was to have someone that genuinely cared about our stay. The property has everything you need: just pack your clothes! The master bedroom has a new king size bed and mattress and the living room was equipped with a new electric recliner that Maria anticipated would make it more comfortable when recovering from surgery. The neighborhood is quiet as is the community and the neighbors are great! There is close proximity to restaurants, retail stores, Walmart, Target, grocery stores, etc. For all those seniors who want to get away, especially in the cooler months, this property is a great place to stay! The rent is very reasonable too. We would definitely stay at this property again!
