This place has been a godsend to me. It's in a quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located to transportation and shopping. Maria has been a terrific landlord; she is friendly, professional, and respectful of privacy. She takes care of the unit, and makes sure I have everything I need to be comfortable.

I would echo all the prior reviews, convenient to SFO, BART, CalTrain, shopping and restaurants. Plenty of parking, albeit I rarely needed a car. Place is spotless, well furnished, safe, quiet and within an easy walk of virtually anything you could want. WiFi is excellent as is the TV setup. Owners are great as well and I appreciate them putting up with me!

I had the pleasure of staying at this property last year for a few months while here on business. The location is perfect, right next to SFO, S.F. and not far from Silicon Valley. You can walk everywhere which was great. I ate at several of the local restaurants which are very good. The owner's were very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this property and will stay here again if working back in the area.

This listing is exactly as its described, and the property and its owners were the perfect fit for me. I moved from Pennsylvania to California with nothing and rented here for just over 2 months. I instantly felt comfortable in the space and with Maria and Gary. The apartment is clean, well furnished, brightly lit, and in a convenient location. It was easy to feel right at home and safe. Maria and Gary were a text/phone call away if I needed anything and even suggested some great places to go as I learned the area. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who needs a furnished place. There was plenty of space and privacy. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Great location and owners are wonderful and thoughtful people. Property is well kept and tenants have a separate entrance and good privacy. Walking to nearby Trader Joe's and restaurants is convenient, a just few blocks away from Bart and Caltrain and nice views of the Bay.

I moved into this property while in transition phase from corporate apartment which was slightly distant from my workplace to a house where I could relocate my family from a different state. For my needs, the apartment was great. The furniture is tasteful and elegant while comfortable to use. The location is extremely quiet and convenient to not only to various restaurants and shopping centers but also to SFO for travel purposes and highways for driving a short distance North to San Francisco and South to San Jose. Maria and Gary were wonderful; they were attentive and timely to all my requests. Maria was also instrumental and kind in helping me find my new house where my family would be moving in to once I depart from the apartment. Overall, my experience in this property was very pleasant and I highly recommend it to any person interested. Anto A.

DON'T PASS THIS ONE UP! There aren't enough great things I can say about this apartment and its owners. Located in a quiet, beautiful and SAFE neighborhood, this was my perfect "home away from home" while I was on an extended assignment in California. Everything about this place was easy - the layout, amenities, services, location and, most importantly, the owners, who were welcoming, helpful, friendly but also very respectful of my privacy and CRAZY work hours. I can't thank them enough for making my final 4 months in California an absolute delight. The apartment has PLENTY of room - open, bright and nicely furnished. It is within walking distance to virtually everything you need - restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, Starbucks (!), yoga studio, BART/CalTran station - and only a 10 minute ride from SFO. You can be on 101 in minutes and get to the ocean in less than an hour. My assignment was in Millbrae, however I frankly would stay here if I was working in downtown SF just for the quiet and convenience of the neighborhood.
