I rented this unit from June to November 2014. It is a very nice condo, beautifully maintained, and the owners are very service oriented. Renting was quick and easy and I enjoyed working with the management company. Great location in north central San Antonio, nice neighborhood with plenty of amenities nearby. Little traffic around this neighborhood. Great rental for a short-term lease; would also make a good long-term lease for a work assignment to the area. A great place to come home to when away from home!

I rented from Heather from February to April of this year and everything about the experience was fantastic. She was always quick to answer any questions that I had and if there was ever an issue it was fixed immediately. The neighborhood is amazing, its close to the Quarry Market, downtown and is a short drive from hwy 35. The neighbors were also very friendly and welcomed me with open arms. I would highly recommend this property to any of my friends or family who are looking to stay in San Antonio. The apartment itself was very well furnished and came with everything we needed, all we had to do to move in was bring clothes and buy groceries!
