Alamo Heights 2/1 Furnished Condo-Great - Corporate Housing Rental - 6458

I rented from Heather from February to April of this year and everything about the experience was fantastic. She was always quick to answer any questions that I had and if there was ever an issue it was fixed immediately. The neighborhood is amazing, its close to the Quarry Market, downtown and is a short drive from hwy 35. The neighbors were also very friendly and welcomed me with open arms. I would highly recommend this property to any of my friends or family who are looking to stay in San Antonio. The apartment itself was very well furnished and came with everything we needed, all we had to do to move in was bring clothes and buy groceries!

I rented this unit from June to November 2014. It is a very nice condo, beautifully maintained, and the owners are very service oriented. Renting was quick and easy and I enjoyed working with the management company. Great location in north central San Antonio, nice neighborhood with plenty of amenities nearby. Little traffic around this neighborhood. Great rental for a short-term lease; would also make a good long-term lease for a work assignment to the area. A great place to come home to when away from home!

I rented this unit from May 9-Aug 3 2012 while I worked at Methodist Metro Hospital in downtown San Antonio. The unit is very large, plenty of room for me and for a few guests who came to visit. Great location, easy to get anywhere in SA and walking distance to the McNay Museum. Great Laundromat located nearby in Olmos Park with free WiFi and TV. Covered parking definitely appreciated. I would definitely recommend this unit for a short term corporate lease or a long vacation lease.

My wife and I rented this unit for a couple of months and found it delightful as well as functional. Everything, I mean everything was furnished making moving in very simple and without hassle. It is in a super location. Within walking distance are 4 really great restaurants, a pharmacy and top notch service station, ASE certified. Grocery stores, the upscale Quarry Market shopping area and post office are within a few minutes by car. The owners were attentive to our needs. We heartily recommend this unit to all.

Great rental experience! Amazing location, close to great dining, shopping, and downtown. The property owners were very accommodating and did a great job with the remodeling. The unit was well furnished, clean, technologically up to date, and had all the comforts of home. Would definitely try to rent this unit again if ever back in town!
