Property exactly as described. Arrived to find a welcome basket of coffees, teas, chocolates, and wine. Then opened the fridge to find juice, eggs, bacon, milk, and yogurt! What a great welcome and a real class act. Owners very professional and easy to deal with; they also utilize a real estate agent who lives across the street from the unit making for virtual 24/7 service if a problem should develop. Have stayed there twice for a month each time would readily come back and recommend to anyone. Two years ago we were in Fountain Hills with three other couples, who each rented at different places; both this complex and specifically this unit were far superior to any of the others.
