We had the pleasure of staying at Mark's condo for three months. We received a beautiful welcome basket. My family enjoyed all the comforts of home. This was a perfect location. The pool was great. We even shared in some of the holiday parties and pool activities. I would recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Arizona. Wendy was there to greet us and we also got to meet Mark. Recently stayed in Fountain Hills in this very nice condominium. The pictures portray exactly what they show and more. Very roomy and nice comfotable furnishings to relax . All apppliances and neccesities are there for cooking and eating meals . The garage easily fits a full size SUV with room to spare. The balcony is slightly offset of the pool , but still offers a great view of it and sun all day .The pool was our highlight and is gated /heated and the hot tub was soothing after a round of golf. An easy 5 minute walk to the shops and the fountain Hills park where we fed the ducks every morning and walked the trails .We would definitely stay here again in the future due to the above mentioned and convenient location. Property manager was excellent in settling us in and ensuring our needs were met . Welcome basket upon arrival was a surprise ,very nice addition.Can't go wrong with this property.

Property exactly as described. Arrived to find a welcome basket of coffees, teas, chocolates, and wine. Then opened the fridge to find juice, eggs, bacon, milk, and yogurt! What a great welcome and a real class act. Owners very professional and easy to deal with; they also utilize a real estate agent who lives across the street from the unit making for virtual 24/7 service if a problem should develop. Have stayed there twice for a month each time would readily come back and recommend to anyone. Two years ago we were in Fountain Hills with three other couples, who each rented at different places; both this complex and specifically this unit were far superior to any of the others.
