We stayed here with our family of 4 while looking for a house for almost a year, it was very comfortable. You definitely get your money's worth in this building, parking included! We loved being able to walk to restaurants, bars and the waterfront easily. I was a little hesitant about the owner being out of town but he has representatives intown to help. Floyds always available either by phone or email and helps in anyway very quickly. All the concierge is amazing! They got to know us by name and even some of our guest. They went above and beyond even helped out on our kids school projects. You get to know some of the other residents in the building while on the elevator and they are very welcoming. 4th of July was fun, there was a party on the bbq level. The farmers market has great food, we never missed a Thursday. The park across the street always has friendly dogs, and my kids loved the splash pad. The market across the street always has last min ingredients you forget, or the owner will buy things you inquire about. Last off downstairs is little big burger with the best veggie burgers and truffle fries! I wish we could've stayed forever.
I rented this place last summer and thought this was the best deal you could possibly get for the money. This place was clean and quiet and well within walking or streetcar distance to just about any place you would want to go. A Farmer's market on Thursdays. Spent one Saturday on the OR cleanup www.solve.org and discovered what a great bike/walkway was just a block up the street! The views were beautiful. So many amenities I would stay here again anytime! The owner is great to deal with.
Lived here for the summer while completing a summer internship in Oregon, and I must say that this was an amazing place to stay. The unit is on the 23rd floor and has an absolutely amazing view of Portland that never gets old. The condo building is extremely nice, complete with a very helpful concierge and Floyd provides pretty much everything you could need inside of the unit, from laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, pots/pans/cooking supplies, utensils and linens. The place is very well kept and the area is very nice, complete with many shops and restaurants. It was a great deal for the price to be in the city in such a nice area with many amenities close by. I would definitely stay here again.
