March / April 2021 1. Apartment fell apart...towel racks fell off walls by just hanging a towel Shower rod fell off the wall and couldn't use the shower Curtain slates fell off when opening and closing 2. Owner did not provide a working television in the Living room nor Bedroom . Owner stated, she could not find a tv to fit her wall unit . TV listing as amenity in lease and on listing which is Inaccurate. 3. Handyman sent by owner who refused to wear a mask. 4. No music system except a boom box 5. Wall to wall carpet coming up off the floor and buckling up everywhere, 6. Towels and dishes are entirely mismatched and should be replaced. Very dingy, cracked and stained 7. Master bed has old piece of 3 inch foam that is supposed to make an old bed comfortable, but seems like it might have bed bugs 8. Dusty Plastic plants all over the apartment for "ambiance" 9. 2nd bedroom has an old large 2 foot PRINTER left on a desk as if someone was planning to use this old outdated junky device 10. Washing machine jumps all over the floor when used 11. Mattress pad is entirely ripped GOOD THINGS : Granite counters, location, parking and pool. Guests can probably find the good things at a better apartment. Photos are available of all of the above discrepancies

First, I am sorry that my condo did not work out for you. There is however, always two sides to every story. There are three TV's in the unit, and I did promise to buy you a new "smart" TV for the living room at your request. Unfortunately, due to Covid -19, and after asking four places, the size that would fit into the cabinet was not immediately available. We even bought you a new chrome cast that was delivered to you within two days to help you use the TV. I also refunded you $750. of your rent to make things up for you to have to wait for the new TV. You did come to look at the condo twice before you moved in and should have known I do not provide any sort of music system. I do not advertise that I do. The dishes in the kitchen all match and if you found something that was cracked or broken you need only have called my property manager. I sent her over to inspect regarding the towel bars, and curtain rod, and she found both to be sturdy and intact. If towels were not to your taste, you could have mentioned it to me or her and we would have gladly replaced at least some of them. Regarding bedbugs, that simply is NOT true. I stayed there myself right before you moved in and slept in that bed. I have NO bites or evidence of such whatsoever. In regard to the printer, I leave it there for tenants' convenience, but do not provide supplies for it. I also used the washer and when loaded properly, it works fine. Sadly, much of what you say, is very unkind and you are the first to ever leave me such a bad review. Look at the review before yours, for example. I also have current pictures of all things mentioned and most are on the website. I sincerely hope that you have found a place that fits your needs.

My partner and I rented this condo for six months (December - June) in anticipation of a permanent relocation to the Phoenix area. It's a huge leap of faith to get in to a car in Baltimore, drive to Arizona, and trust that the place that was rented sight unseen would live up to its description. This condo exceeded expectations. The location is excellent - and quiet. The unit itself is fully furnished with EVERYTHING we needed and is accurately depicted in the photos. The pool was never crowded. For any minor issues that we had, the owner was responsive and easy to work with. Overall - would strongly recommend this rental.
