I am currently living in the unit, about to move out next month. I must say, Judy has been the easiest landlord I have had...ever. She is readily available via email, and has been very responsive to any issues that I have had with the unit. The unit itself if gorgeous, all modern and clean furniture (couch is ultra modern gray, dark stained tables, modern bed with side storage), and all the kitchen necessities are already there (pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, etc). The upkeep of the unit is great overall. Love having the washer/dryer in the unit, it has come in handy (most units like this do not have a washer/dryer in the unit, so this is a total bonus). Overall, my experience here has been perfect. I wish I could stay longer, but I am happy to pass along this place to the next tenant!
