I stayed here for 6 months after relocating to San Diego. The location couldn’t be more perfect for exploring since it’s about 10-15 minutes away from downtown or north county. The place is well maintained, quiet and stocked with everything you need. Thank you Jody, Leslie and Dave!

I have been staying here for 5 months and the place and the owners are lovely. I am heading out soon but wanted to let people know that Lesley and Dave are great hosts, take care of any issues that arise and very few did, and are happy kind people. The courtyard is great for my dog and location is quiet and yet close to shopping and oh wow, very convenient to all major highways. Thanks Lesley and Dave for a wonderful stay with you. We will miss you.

I, my wife, and our dog stayed at Lesley and Dave's for three months this past summer. We were surprised at how well-equipped the apartment was. They thought of just about everything possible that we might need. We were comfortably situated for our entire stay, even the dog. The outside patio is fenced so our hound was able to hangout and enjoy the SD weather at her leisure. We would highly recommend this place and will definitely consider reserving again if the opportunity arises.

My husband and I stayed at Lesley and Dave's place for about 6 months due to my husband relocating for work. The guest house was a delight. Tastefully decorated, safe, clean, well maintained and in a great location. It was everything we could ask for. One thing we appreciated in particular was all of the information they provided in a binder, which covered items ranging from accessing Wi-Fi to places to eat, shop etc. I would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone traveling to San Diego. It was a very positive experience.

I had the great pleasure of enjoying Lesley and Dave's place for four months while I was relocating to the area. Everything about my stay was perfect: the well-appointed apartment is comfortable and private, located very centrally to everything with good restaurants and shopping conveniently only minutes away. It's exactly as-advertised with all the appliances and amenities in top form - there were no surprises at all! The hosts were wonderful in every way: they instantly made me feel at home, offering recommendations from foodie restaurants to trusted auto mechanics to area day trips. While they were careful to respect my "space" I always knew they were there if I needed anything. Small gestures such as collecting mail packages or dropping off fresh-squeezed orange juice when I had a cold went a long way in making me feel welcome. I have only very fond feelings about my stay in Lesley and Dave's apartment - it was the perfect place to land while I settled in as a San Diegan. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

After spending a little over 5 months in this guest house, I can honestly say that Lesley and Dave are great hosts and the guest house was comfortable during my entire stay. The pictures are very representative of the property; all of the fixtures and amenities are of high quality and I can tell that Lesley and Dave care very much about the place. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, located within walking distance to a lot of tasty restaurants, and convenient to get to multiple highways. I have been staying in furnished housing all over the country for the past few years and this has been my favorite place so far.

My wife and I spent two months staying at Lesley's place. We must say we absolutely loved it! We are food people so we were picky about kitchens when we were trying to find a place to stay. And this place totally nailed it. Lesley and Dave are food experts and they hand-built the kitchen to the professional standard. We also love that it's very close to all kinds of international groceries like nijiya/vons/sprouts/99 ranch/zion and close to Convoy St. where all best restuarants in town are located. Not to mention that Lesley is a wonderful host. She provided everything we needed just in time even before we asked! And she always communicated with us through email/txt first so to respect our privacy. How thoughtful! And Dave is the man. He fixed every minor problem we encountered in just a finger snap. Truely worry free. Thank you Lesley and Dave for such a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to a friend!

What a great place. I absolutely loved staying here at Lesley's guest house. The area was perfect and the interior of the property was exactly as pictured. Lesley was a perfect landlord and I have everything great to say about my experience. The property was well equipped and appointed. Everything I needed was right there.
