We are located in Midtown Tulsa close to all hospitals within 7-10 minutes. Riverside Drive is a thoroughfare that gets you to Downtown Tulsa in 10 minutes. It has a running, hiking, biking trail, playgrounds and is 3 miles from "The Gathering" We are flexible to a tenants needs & will extend contracts as long as tenants need to extend. The homes have cedar wood privacy fences surrounding the entire backyard. The BBQ grill is new, w/outdoor furniture.
