Our family has had long term unfurnished rentals in Virginia, Colorado, New Mexico and Idaho for several years as I raised the kids. We are taking a foray into the furnished mid term rental market with this home as we think there is a need that this home can fill in Thornton. We hope to share this lovely furnished home with you as you have a long term visit or a stay while you are looking for your forever home or waiting for your own to be remodeled! I am responsive to tenant needs, which is why tenants tend to stay for 4+ years on average.
