We are a husband-and-wife company Sheperd Solutions, LLC. Mai & John Nguyen.
Mai is an active CPA, Real estate investor, a former French language teacher, and tour operation manager.
John is a retired C-Ped (certified Pedorthist), voted several years for the 'best clinician' award, a friendly landlord of a portfolio of rental houses, and a USAF veteran who served the mission "to guard the sky of Western Europe". John is also a musician/singer with a band performing for community events, including bringing Christmas music to the elders in nursing homes.
We have lived around the world, traveled and experienced different cultures, and enjoyed diverse cuisine, food, and entertainment. In the US, we have lived in Washington state, Texas, and Florida, south and central.
We understand the need of having a comfortable, clean, convenient (and affordable) place to stay when away from home.
We put together our experience to create a place your guests can call home when away from home.
