We manage, stage, list, and market exclusive 5-star short and mid-term rentals on behalf of clients. In short, we are a boutique hospitality firm dedicated to an elevated guest experience, down to the smallest details - hiding electrical cords, checking wifi, and delivering paper towels when a guest needs them! Corporate housing is our specialty.
Founder Moira Sedgwick harnesses 21 years of experience in the hospitality industry to create memorable guest experiences at thoughtfully designed destinations. Designing and outfitting properties within the collective is part of the service that elevates our properties and helps each unique home in the Collective stand out in a crowded marketplace.
