My husband and I own a successful real estate company, and we live in a resort community about 7 miles from the Pacific Blue. We love North County San Diego, and both have been here our entire lives. Our children are grown, and we have two dogs. Our property is .75 ac, and we were able to build a very private guest house that is very accommodating in comfort, size, and space with views galore.
