I am a remote working, former New Yorker, living in Austin now for 4 years. I am an avid traveler, explorer, and a connoisseur of experiencing new cultures and learning. I am very neat and organized, and low key. will be traveling for the summer and will be out of this unit. There is a secondary bedroom that will be off limit and locked.

I will be onsite to transfer over and walkthrough the unit and building, however, after that, all communications will be via phone / facetime (if necessary). I do require that the person who occupies the unit will not play loud music or host any parties. This is truly for someone who is low key, wants to explore a new city, and is content with a peaceful living environment.
