Hello! My name is Susan and I am very happy to offer a furnished rental in Portland, Oregon. I have offered furnished housing since 2009, and I have been a landlord for 30 years. I enjoy offering a space that nurtures and helps a tenant feel at home. My role as a landlord is one of service. I provide a space with quality furnishings and finishes, and communication that is supportive and easy! My husband, our dog, and cat live in the daylight basement below the furnished rental. We are quiet and there is sound proofing between the two units. We are nearby when needed and we respect other's privacy.
