I have resided in Albuquerque for just over 30 years and raised my children in this home. I have been a single Dad for the past 5 years, and with all 4 of my sons starting their own lives, I have decided to downsize. I bought a little town home just around the corner,but just have not quite decided what to do with the family home. I stay very busy, but I am a sentimental guy... I just may want to move back in the house in a few years. Who knows? perhaps I'm just not ready to sell it yet.
