When my guest walk in, they say they won't ever want to leave. Close to many fine restaurants and all the shopping needed. Walmart, Target and Planet Fitness is right down the street. The airport is only a 10 minute drive. Local hospital about 1-2 miles away.Once you turn off I10 I am less than 2 miles away. Very safe area and 10 miles to The French Quarter. The Lake Ponchatrain is about a mile down the road with a lovely fishing pier and Treasure Chest Casino.The food is simply outstanding in my area, from Italian, steaks and Cajun seafood you don't need to drive but a mile or two for the best.
